It's a Boy!

Jarom and Cristy Airhart had their first son/third child on Friday the 19th. Devin and I went to the hospital on Saturday to offer frankincense and Myrrh. He's a healthy 9 pounds with peach fuzz hair and blue squinty eyes.

Who knows? Maybe Devin and I will have a little dream boat one day like this mini.

Sunday Surprise

Yesterday the Airhart family was getting together to celebrate all the December birthdays. We were told to be there promptly at 5 pm because Jake, Missy, Hadley and Browen were going to be on the web cam from N. Carolina. So miraculously we were all on time, and about 5:10 in walks the N. Carolina Airharts for a surprise visit!! What a great early Christmas present!

After getting married, we honeymooned away to Mexico. We had all sorts of exciting adventures. One of which was snorkeling in a water-infested cave. It was awesome. We swam under around stalagmites and stalactites. We stayed in a beautiful resort right by the beach. The only downside was that there was a loud peacock that stood in the courtyard by our room early in the morning and squawked and squawked. It was an excellent trip. We spent all day in the sun, swimming and playing. We were waited on hand and foot. Don't worry, everyone made sure that we were offered plenty of alcohol even if it was ten in the morning. We had to make it really clear that we wanted non-alcoholic drinks every time that we ordered. It was hard to return back to normal life. It was a wonderful Honeymoon

Devin and I met in the Orem College 3rd Ward in January 2007. We became really good friends and began dating on accident in the Fall. After enjoying three consequetive evenings together, I told him, "At this rate we're going to be best friends in no time!" Little did I know how true that would be. We were married July 11, 2008.

I'm biting the bullet and trying out Blogging. I'm scared I'm going to be a failure in the blog world like I am in the scrap booking world. We'll see how this works out though.
