This past Saturday we attended a Baptism for a man named Brother Kenedy that has been exposed to and investigating the church for a couple of decades. His wife is a very active Latter-day Saint and three of their five children are baptized. They all attend regularly. Sister Kendey teaches Relief Society and a couple months ago mentioned how she prays every day that she'll be able to have an eternal family, and hasn't given up hope even though some times it seems hopeless. Last Sunday Brother Kenedy decided it was time to officially take upon him the name of Christ, and 6 days later he was baptized. He will also be baptizing his two youngest children next month. It has been such an amazing experience to witness this miracle and several other miracles with other families and individuals living in this area as they enter the waters of baptism or become active in living the principles of the gospel again. We love living in the mission field and talking about the Savior and His gospel with those around us. It's strengthened both of our testimonies and we're so grateful to have God's truth.
What wonderful spiritual experiences for your whole ward. That's a fantastic story
