Monday, August 11th, the Airhart family party began.
We started the fun with breakfast at Grandma Beck's house, then up to the Ogden temple open house. It was so neat to tour, and be in the whole temple with our girls.
I'm not sure they grasped how important and special the occasion was. They were so excited about their elf shoes that they got to wear.
Jordan, Margs and Gweny
We made our way up to Providence (outside of Logan) to have lunch at a splash pad park. The kids loved this.
Our little family stopped into Logan to see Utah State- where I went to school my sophomore and junior years of college. Here we are at the "A" where you can become a true Aggie.
That building is Old Main, where 75% of my classes were. We toured it together. I had so many fun memories come back to me. I haven't been back since I left on my mission 11 years ago, and it was great to take a nostalgic walk down memory lane.
We made it to Bear Lake. The house was beach front property. We wasted no time at all to go down to the water to throw rocks.
Beautiful full moon shining over the lake- taken from the back patio.
