May Camera Clean Up

One Monday, for FHE, we went to Sacred Gifts display and BYU's museum of art. They had on loan original paintings by Carl Bloch from the Frederiksborg Palace in Denamark along other religious paintings. All of them depicting different events in Jesus's life.

Our girls did great. The paintings gave us all new insights and appreciation for our Savior and his life and sacrifice.

Afterwards, we ate our dinner by a little pond. There were some ducks there as well with their little chicks following along.

The ducks ended up eating half of our girls' dinner

The girls and I went to City Creek and played in the fountains.

They danced to the music, and Veena worked in a cousin snuggle to Rylee every chance she got.

They did a wardrobe change into swimming suits, giving off the impression they anticipated on getting wet...

This was as close as we got to actually playing in the water.

Running around the perimeter was quite enough excitement.

Cambers loved the larger fountain blasts.

Devin had his own lift where you stand experience while moving the Beck and Greg's old swing set down to our house with the Elder's quorum.

It was remarkable to see something that looked and felt so sturdy and immovable be hoisted above the ground and steadily moved into our backyard by just a few men working together.

The moving crew

The kids love having it in the backyard. It has already gotten a lot of use.

Riding skate boards in dresses

Michelle cut Veena's hair in the back yard. I guess I didn't take a before or after shot. But Veena kept telling people for several days after, "Michelle cut MY hair. Cute, huh!?"

A little cool down time- kids watering the driveway and each other.

Cambers taking a break to play with the happy Myla

Crazy hair. Happy baby

Cambers teaching Veena how to walk like a polar bear.

The first thing these girls wanted to play this morning was princesses making popsicles.

Geez, I went in to check on Myla one afternoon during nap time and found her like this. She's always putting blankets over her face! No idea how she breathes under there!

The sprinkler ball has made its appearance again! It's still a hit!

Cambers even got slightly wet!

Veena happily drenched herself

The girls made these princess cards for a neighbor and were a little sad to part with them.
