Oh Veena! How we love you.
This smile right here usually comes right before she's about to do something mischievous.
Vienna knows how to love so completely. She can make a bad day good, and a good day great. She gives the best hugs, frequently tells us, "I wub you." She gives praise freely ("Cambry you ride your bike really fast."), she cheers and claps for us all, whether it's Myla taking her first steps, Cambry needing some encouragement to write an alphabet letter, me folding laundry, Devin fixing the car, etc. She frequently laughs (Cambry says she laughs too loud), and keeps us all on our toes since she tries really hard to do whatever she wants.
She loves hugs, kisses and snuggles, playing with cousins and friends, pizza, chocolate, broccoli, swinging, Diego, riding her bike, being chased, the park, dancing, playing with her princesses. Her favorite animal is a cow- she's had this obsession with cows for months! Her favorite color is blue... and all the other colors, but her favorite favorite is blue. Her favorite princess is snow white. Her favorite book is Go Dog Go (she calls it go go dog). Her favorite toy is a fisher price farm with its animals. Her favorite person is Cambry. She loves technology, and thinks that my tablet is actually hers. She loves frosted mini wheat crumbs- like the stuff that's at the bottom that most people throw away. When we don't have any crumbs, we even crush mini wheats for her... so high maintenance :)
She keeps us laughing. Like the time she threw a toy at Cambry in the car. Cambry was in tears and Veena just keeps yelling over and over, "I'm busy and mad and special!"
When uncle Derek was leaving on his mission, I told her, "guess what? We're going to a restaurant for breakfast today and we're going to say goodbye to uncle Derek." Veena looked at me distraught and said, "Do those guys have crumbs?"
She wants to know everybody's names ever: People we see driving by our house, figures in books, strangers that pass us while we're doing errands, etc She's always asking, "What's that guy's/girl's name?" What are their names?" I used to just make up names, but now I ask her what she thinks their names are, I get some GREAT responses like "egg, Goosey goose, Binko, Licky face, Triceratops", etc.
She picked this cereal for her birthday cereal
Veena's Birthday was on the day of the Airhart Sunday dinner. Built in party- great!!
Grandma Beck gave her this book with all the princess pieces that she adores, and sleeps with.
We got to celebrate Myla a little more that day too.
Since her favorite color is blue along with all the other colors, I made a rainbow cake.
I told her there was a surprise on the inside... she loved all the color swirls on the inside. She is so fun to please! Happy 3rd Birthday Veena! We love you dearly!

too bad she already knows my name, I would love to see what she came up with for me. V is hilarious!
