Fleeting Fringes of Summer

Early September our Library had a pirate party at the Holladay park. Naturally we all wanted to go. Cambry made a little boat and got to sail it on the rough seas.

Veena amd Myla wanted to get in on the fun.

Ahoy Mateys!

Third Sunday dinner with the Rappleyes we got to celebrate Vienna and Myla's birthdays. They were so excited to get more presents and be the center of attention once again. Cambry was even pleasantly surprised and got a gift too. These girls are so loved!

Uncle Sam kept Grandma Ber's pool opened until the end of September and Jess and I were so grateful we got to take our kids so many times to enjoy this fantastic pool that we swam in every summer since we were itty bitties.

Cambry became quite the swimmer this year, being so brave swimming with her head under water. At the beginning of the swim season she wouldn't put her head under the water at all and didn't have any desire to take her life jacket off. She's come a long ways.

We also got to squeeze in more lagoon trips on weekends. Our season passes were one of our best purchases this year.

This goofy little ride was the first ride we did in April. All 3 girls became more brave and tried bigger, faster, scarier rides and we've all made many fun memories together.

General Conference. It's always a favorite of ours to conduct the music with our favorite kitchen utensil. We're also so glad to have Aunt Sara join us for any occasion.

We found the funnest winter hats at Costco. We had lots of laughs trying on all the different kinds, and lots of tears when it was time to leave them all behind.
