Disneyland trip!

Ever since October, Cambry, Vienna, and Myla have been working every day to earn a trip to Disneyland. They filled their jars all up early February. We decided to go at the end of February. With Brinton only being a month old, we knew we could be crazy, but we thought why not? They earned a Disney Jewel for doing things like praying, doing schoolwork, reading scriptures, chores, etc. Here are Cambry and Vienna fresh from bed ready to jump in the car to drive to Cali.

We stopped off at Pioneer Park in St. George for lunch. It was a perfect place to get some wiggles out

On top of the World!!

We rented a town home, across from Disney's front doors. It was fantastic to be close and also not be in a hotel room.
Pre-Disney shenanigans.

The Happiest Place on Earth, right?!

This place was so magical we got to meet so many of the princesses and get their autographs. Girls are awesome.

All aboard Casey Junior Circus Train (sweet photo bomber!)

Brinton was such a good sport. Myla, still not sure about this little guy, tolerated sitting this close to him, if she can sit on daddy's lap too.

Isn't it amazing how dreams can come true when you meet your favorite princesses? They were all star struck. Cambry didn't even know what to do with herself she was jumping up and down and cupping her cheeks with excitement. It was all worth the lines :)

While waiting in lines, I asked the girls to think of a question to ask the princesses- Ariel was the best. When they asked her if she missed her dad, she told them when she's not at Disneyland she lives in a castle by the sea and they got to go out on a boat and visit her dad a lot- and her dad could turn her back into a mermaid whenever she wanted, but she likes being human more.

Just my little ninja being such a little snuggle bug all day

The Buzz Light Year ride was a family pleaser. We all loved getting shooting Zerg.

Vienna loved it so much and the line was nonexistent, we went back for another quick turn before the parade... And then the ride broke down and we got to shoot the aliens for 20 minutes straight!! It almost made up for missing the parade :(

Cambry and Myla were in heaven during this magical parade

Vienna and I joined up for the very last float, and for the firework display.

And that's a wrap of Day 1 folks!!

Day 2 of California we hit the beach!! We didn't think we'd need suits at first, so we were only semi committed to changing. But then that 77 degree sun started feeling really nice, and we decided it was time to go all in.

This is the best I could get from her. She was so in to the sand, she couldn't be bothered with pictures.

Devin stayed in his clothes for awhile instead of his swim suit... and went into the ocean with Cambry, and got the classic- "in too deep" soggy bum. hehe

Brinton's first beach day. He was ambivalent. Hopefully that'll change next time he's here.

Sand mermaid tails

Cambry spotted this seal swim up to the beach and flop around on the sand for a bit. We were so excited to be so close to a real sea creature.

More sand, more buckets, more fun.

Day 3: This day we divided an conquered for the morning part. Devin took Cambry and Vienna to Disneyland and I stayed home and let Brinton take a nap and Myla played at the little playground outside our town home. It was perfect for all the kids.

In the afternoon the littles and I met back up with the bigs, and we met Mary Poppins in a little street performance. Cambry and Vienna both got picked to participate in the dance. They were both thrilled.

We got to see a performance of Rapunzel and Flinn Ryder, that was so funny and entertaining. Disney really knows how to make everything magical!!

Cambry and Vienna got to chat with Rapunzel's friend for a bit.

Devin and his buddy Flinn got to catch up for a sec. hehehe

I got to sneak away for a bit and ride Matterhorn for a sec. Man, that was just like I remembered back in the day!

Day one we went on the submarines when it was dark, and Myla was terrified and kept saying, I'm all done in here. Her sisters convinced her to try it again and she loved it with some sunlight.

The afternoon parade of course was a hit, and Cambry let Vienna know all the things that were different about the day time and the night time parades.

Bear cub woke up for a sec to spot Mickey real quick. Man, traveling with a newborn is the way to go!

Devin's turn on Matterhorn

Cambry's photo shoot of Brinton

It's a small world!!

And we finally got to meet Sleeping Beauty!

I convinced Vienna to ride Splash Mountain with me. I told her how great it was that you got to go on a ride in a log down a river- and you get to go over a few water falls. She was a good sport even though she was absolutely terrified on the big drop. She told her sisters it was the best ride, but when I asked her if she wanted to do it again, she immediately declined. haha.
We're in the back... Vienna's the little blue jacket with the pile of hair in her face ;)

Somehow these weasels made it into this line after it was closed so they got to snuggle pooh bear for a minute.

Myla's favorite ride

Day 4 We visited California Adventure.

One of the best highlights of the trip for these guys was meeting Elsa

My favorite pic from this trip of Myla

The bug's life area was so cute and the girls loved being the size of bugs.

Love their baby blues

They love a good spin!!

This Mater ride from cars was surprisingly so much fun

The new Cars ride was everyone's favorite. Because we got to have parent swap passes, Cambry and Vienna got to ride it over and over and over while Devin and I switched off.

The same thing happened for Soarin' over California ride, and Myla had a blast "waiting" for the parent swap passes to run out at the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail.

Soarin' California

The girls got to ride the aquatic merry-go-round over and over while mom and dad took turns on California Screamin'

Myla checked out late afternoon after playing her little heart out.

One more of Vienna on the Cars' ride. Pure heaven

I love seeing my kids enjoying themselves so much, but really... so amazing to get a few of these rides real quick.

Happy to ride some more bugs life rides!

After playing as hard as we could we made our way back home. We stopped for lunch again in St. George and hiked around some more. All in all, The Rappleye family Disney trip was a success.
