Tredegar

When we went to Richmond Virginia for my Marathon, we stopped off the night before at this civil war site called Tredegar. We love how we are so close to so much of our Nation's historical sites.  This was a great place to calm my race nerves by thinking about something else.  This was a mill, turned cotton factory, turned iron works that helped build up the South.

I'm sitting in the rusty furnace.

  1. That looks another cool place I've never heard of. How long can you hold Vienna like that? You're so buff!
