The last few years we've gone with Jess's family to preview the floats, instead of going to the parade- the lesser of 2 evils according to Devin and Mert (it's still too crowded and loud for their taste).
Our girls love playing the games, viewing the cool floats, and voting for their favorite.
bubbles and balloon animals... always kid pleasers. (bless you Devin).
Veena was so excited to have a matching float to her shirt, and thought she should be allowed to ride one of those cougars. hehehe
